pal talk 9.7 and 2 upgrades stop working

hi dear pacman and all dutchplace staff

i've recently had the paltalk 9.7 317 with the two upgrades in compination that PACMAN mentioned in aforum before which contains:
1- the anti ban & multi login v 9.7
2- the pal patch 9,7 ( add remover + colored nickname)

every thig was working well, till few days ago i recived a message box every time i open the paltalk says:
"login did not complete sucessfully. logoff and log back in again. If you get this error repeatedly, contact support (tc-5613)"


what comes up to that upgrade??
what makes it stop working???

is it occures to all of who use that version and updates, or it is an error in my pc and need to format???

i also tried to use 9.6 313
and 9,7 318 with the two upgrades but all of thenm get me the same message box

few hours ago, i found that message box when i try to open the paltalk
"This account has been used inappropriate and is currently disabled (tc-5609)"


i used different accounts and resived the same message box each time i try to open the paltalk

(my version id 9.7 317+antiban&multi login+9.7patch addremover+colored nickname)

the problem is still as it was but the message is just differs from that i gets time before


please i need some help
